Click a dot and drag to another dot to draw a line (on a touchscreen, touch a dot and drag your finger over). A line can’t cross another line or touch a third dot. Close off a triangle with no dots inside it and it’s filled in your color — and you take another turn. When no moves remain, the most triangles wins.
